Night Photography & White Balance. 

Mt. Fuji, Kawaguchiko, every year has this annual light up event during autumn.  On this workshops, I explain and provide participants with quick and accurate Kelvin scale lighting setting while photographing.   Now in the digital age of cameras, we are so very fortunate to have White Balance/Kelvin settings, at our fingertips.  Anyone from the film age will tell you the same.  During the day while photographing outdoors, I leave my cameras white balance set to sunlight, even when cloudy, this setting I find most desirable.  When night falls, I adjust my white balance setting manually for the desired "color temperature on the Kelvin scale.
