Takada Castle built in 1604, as the home of the sixth son of Tokugawa Ieyasu 1st Shogun of the “Edo” period. This Marvel was complete in under four months. Three Rivers were diverted for its construction, not an easy feat by even today's standards. Our evening at the castle, we were welcomed with light rain and low winds. But we still continued not allowing a little rain, to spoil our moment's visit. As a historian scholar of Bushido & Zen+, this group is starting to become well versed in traditional Japanese customs.
